About

Chiropractor in Wichita Falls

Dr. Stewart Chapman is a chiropractor whose life is characterized by his faith, his family and his community.  He’s good at what he does, utilizing established chiropractic techniques and cutting-edge technology to provide excellent care to increase the quality of life for his patients.  Professionally, Dr. Chapman is known as a hard worker, a leader with integrity and a doctor you can trust.  Why?  Faith, family and community.

Dr. Chapman seeks to be the best at patient care because serving people with excellence is a way for him to honor God.  His faith is what motivates him to treat people fairly and to help them the best he can.

Family is important as well – that is a big part of why he’s in Wichita Falls in the first place.  He grew up in nearby Nocona, Texas and raised a family here in Wichita Falls.  Stewart has had multiple family members work for him at different times, and running this like a family business has given him care for patients that a big corporation can’t match.

Community is another value that Dr. Chapman lives by.  It was chiropractic care that helped with his own childhood back pain that allowed him to enjoy the community that comes with childhood sports.  That desire for relationship didn’t stop, and Stewart served as the class president when he was attending Parker Chiropractic.  Dr. Chapman has been involved in our Texoma community by serving across various leadership boards, serving in his church and local shelters and by attending as many MSU games as he can.

Dr. Cari Guidry D.C.

Chiropractor

Dr. Cari Guidry has always had a passion to help people. When she researched chiropractic and discovered that it was a natural, holistic approach to health, she knew that is what she wanted to do.

She began pursuing her passion early, even while still in high school, and graduated from Parker College of Chiropractic at an early age. After practicing as an associate doctor in southern Louisiana for several years, she moved back home to Texoma to open her own practice at the young age of 23 years old.

Once she got married, her dream of starting a family began to get louder, but being the sole doctor in her practice presented a difficult challenge. Thankfully, Dr. Guidry and Dr. Chapman were able to join forces. Over the years Dr. Guidry had 3 children. After experiencing pregnancy, childbirth and becoming a mother, she became overwhelmed with the desire to learn more about pediatric and prenatal chiropractic care. She has furthered her education through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association and is certified in the Webster technique. Although she does specialize in pediatric and prenatal care, Dr. Guidry treats a wide variety of patients and conditions. From men to women and old to young, countless families use Dr. Guidry as their chiropractor.

In her spare time Dr. Guidry loves spending time with her family and traveling. She is a member of Impact 100, a sustainer of the Junior League of Wichita Falls, a graduate of Leadership Wichita Falls and has served on numerous boards over the years . She is also the owner of  the Wichita Falls Birth & Wellness Center which opened in 2017.

A'Z Johnston

Dr. Chapman's Chiropractic Assistant

A’Z has been Dr. Chapman’s Chiropractic Assistant since June of 2021 at Texas Medical Allergy Chiropractic.  When you are in our clinic you may find her leading you to where you need to go, catch her answering the phone to get you scheduled, or even checking out your insides while she shoots your x-rays.  Her superpowers are making you feel comfortable while you are in the clinic, explaining chiropractic care without all that medical jargon, and keeping track of appointments like a professional Tetris player.  Her goal while you are in our clinic is for you to walk away a little happier than when you got here (and hopefully a little straighter, too!)  When she is not working, she volunteers in different areas of the community and is proudly parenting her son, Nickolaj.
